1st time there, was impressed, oil change, took vehicle right in and didn't take long. Will be going back to get breaks on another vehicle aoon.
I detest them. They try to make you feel foolish and charge for things that should have been taken care of before you drive off the lot. If you’re a woman, please bring a male companion because I only had this car for four months, and now it’s broken. The car is shutting off, the window is cracked, there’s exposed wire, and the radio has lots of static. I can’t hear the music at my preferred volume because it keeps coming and going. I hate them and their service.

My experience with Bama Direct was fantastic I called the day before needing a new set of tires JP gave me a great price on the tires and he told me they would be there first thing the next morning and sure enough they where at the shop. I can not remember the technician that changed the tires but he was very prompt and job he did was fantastic. If you have any automotive needs either looking to buy or repair give them a call.
